Can I change my programme during the package?
Of course. That's the main advantage of hourly hire: you can add a stop, extend a lunch, change destinations. Your chauffeur adapts at no extra cost, within the booked duration.
What if I go over the planned duration?
Additional hours are billed at €70 in E-Class, €110 in S-Class and €130 in V-Class, charged by the half-hour. You decide in the moment — no penalty.
Does the chauffeur stay with me or leave?
The chauffeur remains at your disposal for the full package duration. He waits discreetly nearby (parking, café) and returns at your call.
Can multiple people use the same package?
Yes, up to the vehicle's capacity: 3 passengers in E-Class, 3 in S-Class, 7 in V-Class. The package is tied to the vehicle, not to a named passenger.
How do I pay?
Several options are available. On board: cash or credit card, directly with the driver. Online: credit card, PayPal, remote payment link or bank transfer.
Can I cancel?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the package. Between 24 h and 6 h before, 50% of the package is due. Less than 6 h or no-show: 100%.
