How much does a chauffeur cost during a trade show in Cannes?
A transfer between Nice Airport and Cannes starts at €80 in a Comfort Sedan. Hourly hire starts at €60 per hour with a 3-hour minimum, and a full 8-hour day at €480. The exact rate depends on the vehicle, the number of attendees and the schedule; it is fixed and confirmed before booking.
Can you handle attendees arriving at different times?
Yes. Send us the list of arrivals with flight numbers and hotels: we schedule the pickups, track the flights and coordinate several vehicles if needed.
Can you issue an invoice in our company's name?
Yes. An invoice is sent by e-mail after the ride, and corporate invoicing is available on request. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or secure payment link.
When should I book for MIPIM, Cannes Lions or MIPCOM?
As early as possible: during major trade shows, hotels and chauffeurs in Cannes are booked well in advance. Allow at least two to three weeks before the event, and more for a delegation needing several vehicles.
Can you drop us in front of the Palais des Festivals?
During trade shows, traffic around the Palais is controlled. Your chauffeur drops you at the authorised point closest to your entrance and agrees a precise pickup point with you.
